Florece Style Srl guarantees the maximum confidentiality of the customer's personal data and full compliance with the obligations established by Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and / or additions. Pursuant to art. 13 of the aforementioned Decree, containing provisions on the protection of personal data, we inform you that the customer's personal data will also be processed with the use of IT and telematic procedures and with the help of third parties connected to the company organization, exclusively for purposes related to the execution of orders and, with explicit consent, for sending, by post or e-mail, information relating to the products marketed by Florece Style Srl (news, promotions, etc.).
In particular, for purposes related to the execution of orders we mean all the functions connected and instrumental to the execution of purchase orders, such as the management of the IT system, the control of payments, the management of shipments and the management of complaints. By filling in the 'digital order form', the Customer declares to have read the privacy information and expresses his consent to the communication of personal data and to the processing of the same, for the purposes and by the subjects indicated in the information itself, aware that in the absence of consent the order cannot be executed. It is reiterated in summary that pursuant to art. 7 the customer has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

It also has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the owner.

The customer has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment occurs proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

The customer has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

It should also be noted that in no case will sensitive customer data be processed by Florece Style Srl (for sensitive data, pursuant to art. 4 paragraph 1 letter d) of Legislative Decree 196/2003, we refer to: “personal data suitable to reveal racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership in parties, unions, associations or organizations of a character religious, philosophical, political or trade union, not that personal data suitable to reveal the state of health and sexual life”).
